The goal of this study is to explicate the development of health and social traits through the life course, accounting for genes and environment and the interactions between them. The study has begun to develop a family registry to include the family members of all multiple births in the state of Pennsylvania from 2007 to date, and will explore associations among parental behaviors, parental relationships with their youth, and youth social experiences, peer relationships, and socio-emotional psychosocial outcomes in a genetic and environmental context. For more information, please see the Pennsylvania Twin Registry (PAtwins).
